Why Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. How does Nevly collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

   • Open an account or use your credit card, prepaid card, or securities account;
   • Apply for a loan;
   • Give us your contact information; and/or
   • Provide account information

We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can't I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only sharing for:

   • affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness
   • affiliates from using your information to market to you
   • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

   • Nevly does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

   • Nevly does not jointly market.

Important Notice about Credit Reporting: We may report information about your account(s) to credit bureaus and/ or consumer reporting agencies. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account(s) may be reflected in your credit report and/or consumer report.

California residents: Under California law, we will not share information we collect about you outside of Nevly’s affiliated companies unless permitted by law. We may share information with your consent, or to offer our products and services to you and to provide customer service. We will limit sharing amongst Nevly companies to the extent required by California law.

Nevada residents: Nevada law requires us to tell you that you may request to be placed on our internal “do not call” list at any time by emailing privacy@nevly.com.
